For the Milk Bikis retailer poster campaign
What this is
Britannia is making a personalised Milk Bikis poster for your shop. You give us your shop details and one photo of yourself. We use that photo to create an artwork image of you with a Milk Bikis biscuit, which is printed and installed at your shop.
The photo is changed by a computer
Your photo is not simply printed. It is processed by an artificial intelligence service, which creates a new image based on it. The result is designed to look like you, but it is a generated picture, not a real photograph of you. Small differences from your actual appearance are normal.
What you are agreeing to
- The photo is of you, and you are giving it willingly.
- Britannia may process your photo to create the poster artwork.
- Britannia may print the artwork and display it at your shop.
- Your details and photo may be stored for the duration of the campaign and shared with the agencies and printers working on it.
- You are at least 18 years old.
What you must not upload
Do not upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, a photo of a celebrity or public figure, a photo you did not take or do not have permission to use, or a photo containing children.
What we collect
- Shop name, your name, phone number and shop address.
- The location of your shop, taken from this device when you submit.
- The photo you upload.
- The generated poster.
Your phone number is used to match your submission to your shop and to the correct poster size for your board. It is not used for marketing calls unless you separately agree to that.
Your shop location is needed so our team can find your shop when they come to measure the board and fit the poster. A written address is often not enough to find a shop, so your phone is asked for its position instead. Your phone will ask your permission first, and the poster cannot be made without it. The location is recorded once, when you submit — this page does not follow you afterwards.
Changing your mind
You can ask for your photo and details to be removed at any time before printing. Contact the Britannia representative who shared this link with you. Once a poster is printed and installed, it cannot be withdrawn remotely.
No payment
Taking part is free. You are not paid for the use of your photo, and taking part does not create any employment or endorsement relationship with Britannia.
This wording is a working draft written so the microsite can be built and demonstrated. It has not been reviewed by Britannia's legal team. The final terms and consent language is one of the five items requested in the brief and must replace this text before the site is shown to any real retailer.
